I am looking for a developer to convert a design into an HTML Template (which we converted into a SilverStripe Template at a later date) The solution must: - Bootstrap (latest version) - utilise Sass - use npm - HTML and CSS must pass the W3C validator ([login to view URL] [login to view URL]) defect free - any images used are to be compress - Responsive design - Must work for mobile, tablet and desktop - Any variables, code comments etc must be in English NOTE: Work will be Peer Reviewed

Hi There, Thanks for the invitation. As i understand you only need to get your psd file converted into proper responsive html. That would work on all device on same way. Using the latest version of bootstrap. I have very good experience in bootstrap so i can do it for you . Please tell me if we can discuss on it or if you can provide me the psd file to go over.
