Remote access will be an issue for doing installation because it will slow the process and i am not going to spend more than hour on this job. 4. you choose the demo and i will setup that demo live on your site just like it's setup on demo site. It's new theme released this year in april but have good code base to go at the top of the list for most popular themes.

Yes this theme is compatible with WordPress. I have finished 5 jobs that used demo content. Adding demo content is not always a nice smooth undertaking. They will show graphics on their demo that are not supplied and then we have to search for a substitute. And that is why my bid is high than you want.
