Need a website that allows multiple registered users to enter a Live Video / Audio. We want to start with getting the basics working and we can make it look good later. Think of it as a virtual tutoring website where multiple students can video chat with a tutor and pay more to do a 1-on-1 chat. The client (user) side does not need audio/video they just need to be able to type and watch. Windows or Linux platform is okay. Please estimate cost and time to get the main functionality of this running.
