Online Menu (iPhone/Android) for restaurant with Joomla

An Online Menu for our brewpub have to be developed. The Website should designed using the latest version of Joomla and must installed at our server. The website should be designed like the restaurant app template [login to view URL] (without the possibility to order online or pay). Please check the website at the given URL ! The website must be suitable for iPhone, Android as well for Windows Chrome. The Joomla website must be designed using a professional template so that it will be easy for us later to add new Joomla menus (at menubar), add/remove/resort articles which holds the items of the online menu (drinks, food, snacks etc.). Requirements: - Installation of Joomla at our server (opt. we install it using the recommended settings and give you Joomla, FTP and database passwords) - creating a professional template with all menu itemes and sites (Joomla articles) like at the given samples - create the main site using the logo which we supply - create 2-3 items for testing at each website for this we either supply pictures or we use sample pictures for testing (it is NOT required to add all items or search/create pictures) this we will do by ourself We need Main Category "Drinks", Subcategories "Craft Beers", "Cocktails", "Non Alcoholic", "Warm Drinks" Main Category "Food", Subcategories "Pizza", "Hamburger", "Pork Knuckles" etc, Main Category "Snacks", Subcategories "Peanuts", "Sausages" etc. Main Category "Deserts", "Fruitplate", "Lemon Cake" etc. Main Category "Promotions" Main Category "News", "(Picture) Gallery", "Contact", "About", "Location" - the map used at locations must use bing map since we use this website in China where google maps is not available - chinese character set must be available (we have other websites with Joomla where chinese is used, so it should be no problem).
