I read through your project description and I understand you need a responsive web design and development.
It good you realise that gone are the days when we knew for certain that everyone was viewing the web on a desktop or laptop computer so websites were designed and developed for that standard experience. Increasingly, people are viewing the web on variety of devices - tablets, smart phones and other mobile devices. If your website doesn't support those devices, this can negatively affect how users interact with your business. The site may be slow to load, the layout is fixed, rigid and awkward to navigate and you may end up with a frustrated user.
I am all about the experience. I design simple, compelling and functional websites that makes it easy for users to interact and find exactly what they are looking for when they arrive at your site.
I do this by listening to you, understanding your target audience, putting my extensive online knowledge to work on a plan that will change the way you think about the potential of the internet.
Oh, and if you're wondering, I'm mobile first. It's not just the way of the future. It's the way of right now.
I create look-and-feel designs, and flexible layouts that adapts to the capabilities of many devices and screen sizes. I create designs iteratively and use predominantly HTML and CSS so I won't waste time mocking up every template as a static visual. I may use static visuals to indicate a look-and-feel direction (color, texture and typography).
I deliver works developed from HTML5 markup, CSS2.1 + 3 style sheets for styling and unobstructive JavaScript for feature detention, poly-fills and behaviours.
Finally, I know from experience that fixed-price projects are rarely beneficial to you, as they often limit you to your earliest ideas. I don't want to limit your ability to change your mind or make decisions later you might be better informed. The milestone releases is based on the length of time I estimate I'll need to accomplish everything you've told me you want to achieve, but I'm happy to be flexible .If you want to change your mind or add anything new, that won't be a problem as I'll give room for that.
If awarded this project, I promise to use my best efforts to fulfill and exceed your expectation on the deliverables listed above. I will also need you to aid me in doing so by making available to me needed information pertaining to your website and cooperating with me in expediting the work.
