A web app to generate a word documents from input fields

Software requirement specification Current scenario Company uses an excel file to calculate the quotations for various projects. There are multiple input fields and output fields. The back end team makes changes in the input fields as per client’s requirement. Based on the formulas applied, the other cells (Output fields) change values. The back end team then uses the data in these fields and copies them in a word file in the corresponding area. Software requirement Company requires a web application/ browser based application that can automate the above process of copying the input and output field data into word file at the corresponding location. The company has used excel to take inputs, calculate data and show output which is then copied into the word file. Software does not need to use excel necessarily for the same actions. The web based software should take inputs in the input fields. Show output as per formulae involved. An export/download button which downloads the word file in correct format. The software also creates a database of the input output fields for which word files have been downloaded. Further future add-ons required 1.
