Hello. How many people will use mailserver? I recommend postfix mail server with roundcube as webmail client. Also toy'll be able to connect using mail clients.

Hello I am system and network administrator, with more then 8 years of experience. During that period I have installed, administrate and maintain a large amount of various servers, such as Web Server (Apache, IIS), Mail Server (Postfix, Exim, MS Exchange), DNS Server (BIND, Unbound, MS DNS), etc., based on , FreeBSD, CentOS, RHL, etc. And of course I have a lot of experience in working with MS Servers and other MS products. As well as I have some experience in the database design, development and maintenance. As for requirements, that's really depends on what you want to have, how many users are there, and so on. If you want open source, free and fast email server, postix with dovecot is the best solution for you, however there are much more that could be interesting for you, like zarafa, or zimbra (you may want to make some google research about those). As for hardware, it could be something from, Pentium 2 with 512MB memory to Enterprise server with bunch of memory and CPU resources, again, it depends Thank you in advance. Hello. it will take me about a day to setup a full email server with admin site, roundcube email for reading emails, postfix and dovecot will deliver emails and i will install spam guard also. I would recommend a digital ocean droplet as the VPS server you use as they offer exactly what you need for a reasonable rate. I have already tested the server and had my own mail server running on there for a while for testing and development purposes. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks for reading my bid.
