I need to compile and display AZERBAIJANI text on my C++ software. I am using the VS2012 and the letter 'ə' is always displays as '?' I need to set the resource file and maybe my windows setting, to do it. Cannot set -> Use Unicode Character Set. Only -> Use Multi-Byte Character Set

It's few minutes to set. I see you cannot "Use Unicode Character Set" There is solution for this case too.
