Wordpress "Band Theme" + WP Audio Plugin Development

Summary: Attached is a zip file containing several JPG's, a PSD, and list of project details. I would like these 11 pages sliced and coded (well commented) into two versions. One packaged as a wordpress theme and the other as a basic HTML template. I'm assuming this can be done virtually simultaneously. I will also need a custom theme options panel made for the theme to be displayed inside of wordpress. [login to view URL] will be a standalone wordpress plugin. This will also be included with the theme. Please see "Project Specifics" below for details. What will be important when designing this audio player plugin is that it will need to be coded in a way which will allow the audio plugin to continuously play while navigating throughout the theme and retaining all internal links. - Ex. I'd like them to be widgets so users will be able to easily choose which one they would like to use on each page sidebar and be able to place them in any order they choose. After user fills out information and upon clicking "Submit" song(s) begin to download immediately to desktop then open in iTunes and adds to library.
