Simple Wordpress Theme Customization

I am preparing a blog using the BigSquare free theme ([login to view URL]), and I need the following customizations: 1. I want 1 sidebar (6-8cm wide) at the right-hand side of the page, in order to add widgets. Currently the theme doesn't have sidebars. The sidebar should be positioned geometrically like for example in [login to view URL] If needed, you may resize the entire blog site, but to no wider than 1024. 2. I want 1 footer bar that can take at least 4 widgets. 3. Resize the main post-thumbnails on home-page so that they are 500px, maintaining aspect ratios. 4. Modify header tags as follows: 4a) Home Page: H1 (blog's name), H2 (site description & post titles), H3 (blog-related content, e.g. post details, Pictures in This Set, Categories, About Us, Contact Us, related content in the sidebar, etc), H4 (other unrelated content in the sidebar, e.g. sponsors, ads, etc). 4b) Posts & Pages: H1 (post/page titles), H2 (subheadings - handled by me in the WYSIWYG editor, so no need for you to do anything here), H3 (blog's name & blog-related content, e.g. post details, Pictures in This Set, Categories, About Us, Contact Us, related content in the sidebar, etc), H4 (other unrelated content in the sidebar, e.g. sponsors, ads, etc). 4c) Category / Tag / Taxonomy pages: H1 (Category/Tag titles), H2 (post titles), H3 (blog name), H4 (blog-related content, e.g. post details, Pictures in This Set, Categories, About Us, Contact Us, related content in the sidebar, etc), H5 (other unrelated content in the sidebar, e.g. sponsors, ads, etc). Please reply only if you have knowledge of the task as described above. The project should be delivered maximum within a week from winning it.
