WORPRESS THEME REPAIR, I NEED IT NOW ---EXPERT ONLY - repost 2

I had optimized press for a theme and I wanted a sidebar support so I hired somebody to do that and he did ,,,,BUT He did NOT created the child theme I wanted for optimize press ....and now I changed back to twenty eleven and the sidebar is in the bottom of the website, not on the side like is supposed to. I need that fixed TODAY.....is just editing the code .........
