Interactive Shutter Visualizer

I have a layout already mocked up, I now need a flash developer to create this shutter visualizer. I prefer that this be coded in AS3. There will be 5 categories that the user will be able to edit. Each category will effect how a pair of shutters will display in the visualizer window. The user will be able to pick the house background image, shutter style, material, color and accessories. We have 8 background images, 4 different shutters styles, 2 materials, 9 color families and 5 accessories. The visualizer will need to display a combination of layered images using xml to display what the user inputs. Once the user has setup the visualizer they will have 2 options, to print out a shopping list based on their choices or to view the product detail pages of the shutter and each accessory chosen on a retail site. Links will be provided. The product matrix is stored in an .xls file and will need to be translated into an xml document that the flash application can read and utilize. Attached is a mockup of how the visualizer will look as a finished product. Anticipate at least 2 rounds of edits for this project. All working files will need to be provided at the end of the project. I will be sending the winning bidder all info and working files on Monday 6/20. I will require the first draft completed and back to me by Thursday 6/23. I will have the first review back by 6/29. Second draft will be due on 7/5. Review of 2nd draft will be back by 7/8. Third draft will be required by 7/12. This is a strict schedule.
