Hello, I'm expert on web applications for data management. More details you can find in my profile. I'm able to prepare for you solution as you need. XML format is simple. Only I don't see any way, how to do it as you described, only using SQL Management Studio. What I can do four you is simple PHP script. This script will automatically or manually do everything what you need: - load data from database - create XML file - save it into predefined folder PHP script will contain also simple web page, from where you can start manually XML export and also see simple information about automatic exports (if will be defined).
