Zen cart pages configuration

These are the things I would like to be done: 1. Add top horizontal menu at my template which will link to all my ez-pages. 2. Edit some ez-pages(about 144 pages) so that they have header(h1, h2) and some with images(about 10) 3. install ckeditor 4. Add a few boxes at the left and right Match 144 old urls to new urls and key in to excel Budget is about $30+10 Thank you.
