I need to create a zendesk addon with following features:
1. Client creates a notification from either email/CRM/Web - Notification contains Case ID in subject field
2. Once notification gets to ZD, it is automatically converted to a ticket with case id (as mentioned above) in a custom field within the ticket
3. ZD created ticket will be Problem (parent) ticket & any notification coming further with same case IDs will get added as incidents (child tickets)
4. Agent can comment on Problem as well as incident tickets seperately
5. If problem ticket is closed, all incidents will get closed with same closure comments
6. If an incident is updated/closed, same needs to get appended in parent problem ticket as a comment
7. Ticket export needed
