I need two flyers designs.(color) 1. I will provide content for each design (100 words) 2. Each design will have My contact info 3. Each design will have this sentence: “For advertising purpose only” 4. I will also provide company logo 5. 2 Extra logos to comply with regulation: I can have two samples that you may use or you may download one from the internet. a. Equal housing act and the Realtor logo 6. The flyer needs to be professional and appealing. 7. I am targeting the real estate industry. I am a real estate agent. 8. My focus is on Hunter’s Creek Orlando FL and Kissimmee FL area. Take that into consideration when making the flyer design. 9. I also need the background design of the flyer in .JPG 940px by 320px so I can upload them to my website slide show. So basically each flyer has two designs, one on each side. So my slide show would have a total of four slides. Unless the flyer is one sided, than I will have two slides. a. We can decide to make the flyer two sided or one, I will seek your advice than make a decision. 10. The size of the flyer can be determined after you see all the content/logo that must be included. We can both agree on that.
