Windows Server 2008 Admin

We're looking to hire a Windows Server 2008 expert for several hours for now and possibly on an as needed basis to handle the below questions/ issues we're having with Windows Server 2008. If you can perform these for us, please contact us with a quote, any terms of hire you have, as well as any questions you have for us. We have a dedicated hosted server running Windows Server 2008. We currently only use this for running quickbooks which we access from multiple computers (Mac and PC) via remote desktop server. Assessment of our security set up. We use the included Windows Firewall. Should we add SSL certificates, hardware or other software firewalls and is the Windows Firewall configured appropriately? Need to be able to set up local printers to print from the remote desktop server to those printers Would like to be able to copy-paste text from our local PC to the remote server and vice versa if this is a setting capability We’d like to set up virtual drives on the server (some shared, some personal) to which we’d like to map from our local PCs and Mac We’d like to set up an automatic backup plan for the server as an image OR just the important files on it We want a determination of whether it’s a best practice to have the server that runs our internal company files also running our website and ecommerce store which we have currently hosted with a third party. If it is ok, we’d like advice on how to partition the two drives on the server to do this Whether we add web hosting on this server or not, we’d like an assessment of whether we’ve chosen a server with sufficient processing power and RAM. General advice such as whether we've chosen the best hosting provider plan, etc. is also welcome.
