Gday! About a year ago I did the same with my Troopy and created a 3D model in advance. I didn't use CNC back then but can easily transform the files for CNC machines. Since then, I'm travelling through OZ and southeast Asia. Our fitout survived the Gibb-River Road, the highlands of Timor-Leste and many more rough tracks. I did the fit out to suit our needs but can adapt them to yours. No worries. I'd love to help you out with your transformation and can give you some advise of additional parts like drawer slides, electric components, or just Bunnings parts.
