Asp.net C# Visual Studio Help

I'm looking for someone very skilled in ASP/C# to help me for 2 - 3 hours over gmail chat. I'm building a web small project that collects data from a web form and inserts it into an mssql db. Some examples on what I need help with: 1) Adding a dynamic drop down menu to a data capture form populated by a table in the db. 2) Dynamically changing the fields in the detailsview based on what's entered in a text box. 3) Cascading drop downs.
