Convert 3-page checkout form to 1-page checkout form on ASP website

I need to convert 3-page checkout form to 1-page checkout form on ASP website. HTML template for new form is almost ready (may need some html alignments) Existing code works fine, need to be moved to work on one-page form. Details, images etc. attached. I may provide existing code as well as site url, if you interested to look at it before making a decision. I estimate this effort in $200. Serious bidders only, please. If you do not have time, or you do not have sufficient experience in ASP programming, please do not apply. This is first project in a sequence, - i hope to find somebody with good skills for ongoing collaborations.
