I need an classic asp page created that can import information from a csv file into a sql 2005 database. The csv file is comma delimited with " as a text qualifier. I've attached an example of the csv import file and a screen capture of the sql table. One thing to do note is that a field can include a comma. For example, a field name may be Healthcare, PC.

To import CSG using asp class will take a less time but there should be a great concern about security aspect. So i need about 5 days for it .. :)
