This sounds like an interesting problem to me. Give me please some more information on the problem constraints so I can think of an solution. Do you mean that you want to rearrange the routes of the cars such that they cross with the lowest costs?

i have the full idea of a car booking application with its logarithm and those options you are talking about but still lake the knowledge of doing it all myself , je parles francais et je suis ne' en france aussi :), i would like to go for a percentage in the company if u wanted the whole idea , it ll beat uber and careem applications and any other car booking application and most likely everyone will have it on his phone
