Each chapter is divided into several short verses called aya. It is similar to old [login to view URL] muslims it is very important to correctly recite Quran. And it is considered a great privilege if one can recite by heart. This is now very rare as this need good command of arabic formal language and other skills as well . [login to view URL] Objective:The objective is to develop a reciting assistance tool for android mobile, using java. A form of karaoke but with the background of a professional reciter instead of music and with some voice morphing between the user voice and the professional reader voice and with some basic comparison between the user recital and reference(Professional) user reciting. This comparison uses a form of voice recognition technique As detailed in the reference paper. Another way to put it: it is a tool that compare the user reciting with a reference reciting and adjusting the voice morphing degree according to how far the user is similar to the reference reciting. If he is far, then we channel a greater portion of the reference recital. If it is near then we morph a smaller part according to the user settings. A very similar tool has been developed before for karaoke impersonation in the attached Referenced paper. Detailed functions: The goal is to come up with a karaoke-type application for Android in which the user can Recite like his/her favorite Reader/reciter And also correct the User reciting by increasing the morphing ration between the user voice and the reference reciting according to how near or far the user reciting/reading is compliant to the reference reader. This will enable the user to enjoy a mIxi between His favorite reciter and his own voice according to his own pace and have a rough correction of his reciting p/reading by giving the user a feedback of the correct reciting as he reads. . If the reciting is not compliant, the program will expect the user to repeat the verse and will not move to the next verse/aya except when the user Correctly comply. There are various Settings to adjust The compliance percentage. In order to incorporate to the user ’s voice the corresponding characteristics of the “target ” voice, the “ target” voice is recorded and analyzed beforehand. Then the system performs a real-time morphing between the user’s voice and the pre-stored analysis of the target voice. The user is able to control the degree of morphing, thus being able to choose the level of “impersonation ” that he/she wants to accomplish. The application Should relies on two main algorithms that define and constrict the architecture: the Spectral Modeling Synthesis (SMS) And a Speech Recognizer.
