change color of text in webview in android app

This is a stupid job that will take 5 mins honestly. I have a Android app. I have all done but one issue. I have a webview that i already have working. The text is black. I need it to be white. I need this to change int he app and to load an external css file. I need you to load [login to view URL] and look at my screen and tell me where and how to change this in the files. I need this done right now.
