I need a CAD drawing (or any drafting software, really) of a simple traffic control plan. This is in a remote area of Afghanistan (Bagram) and is not needing to be super accurate or meeting certain plan codes, etc. That is why I am trying to be clear below on the requirements for the freelancer. Basically, we just want to do this: A. Redraw the main road's and a few buildings along the roads (from attached image) B. Add a text box (text I will provide) C. Put it on a Title Block type page with the job name and number. D. Add a legend with some symbols and signs (I will provide) E. Draw in some symbols and arrows (where I will provide instruction) I attached a SAMPLE white drawing. Then, I attached two of the same images of the area we want to redraw (we will put them together in one file with final markings on the final white CAD drawing). Basically, after I get a white draft drawing with general buildings drawn in then I will mark up a PDF with arrows and signs and stuff, plus provide the text box info.
