database style program to store inventory

i need someone to create a program that can store my stocklist, with various options, it is a simple thing for a programmer, need done asap, need this program to be used by me in my shop using a desktop pc, the program needs to be stable and crash proof and password protected, also none of the products can be deleted without password, features menu strip with 'file' and 'help' file opens 'add product', 'sales', 'add quantity to product' and 'stock order' 'help' opens a msg box with my contact details add product obviously allows me to fill in stock details and add products in database sales is for me to make a record of what ive sold when and how much and by whom add quantity to product may be needed when i replenish new stock for my shop and 'stock order' is a record of items ive alredy sold and needs to be ordered again, and they will be ordered by suppliers. i have a very specific specifications so i need someone patient willing to do what i ask because i would want it exactly working like how i say it should, with more details but not too overly difficult.......i myself understand what the limits are using a database, regards
