Data collecting using arduino

Looking for Arduino programer who can program Arduino duemillanove to do these tasks: Monitor temperature on small 2-stroke engine on cillinder head. Monitor RPM tru probe on spark cable. Monitor fuel level in tank with capacitance level meter. Arduino have gsm modul with sd card, sd card is recording all data ( position, temperature, rpm and fuel level). These data must be later sended on PC and used for analyzing. On module is LCD monitor (16x2) so that in real time can be seen temperature, rpm, fuel level, current running time of motor, total time and speed. Maximum temperature, maximum RPM and minimum fuel level can be adyusted with buttons manualy and if these parameters are acheeved small buzzer and led is alarming. Module must have menus with multiple languages (english, german, french etc.).
