Convert xml file to sqlite database

Convert xml file to Sqlite database: I have a PC flashcard program that I need to change the format to a Sqlite database to put on iOS devices. MY PC flashcard program uses xml to make the flashcards. The issue is that my PC flashcard program has advanced over the years and after each version, it will change the xml slightly, so not all the xml files are identical. I have included examples of different types of xml files. Also attached is an empty sqlite database with the appropriate tables. As part of my iOS app, my programmer made a parser that works for some of my xml files, but not all of them. You are welcome to have it if it helps. It’s in xcode objective C. I’d like this to be a stand-alone application that you can just select the xml and convert it to a sqlite database. It can either run in Windows or Mac (preferably Windows, but it’s okay if not). I would like code after project is complete and paid for.
