build a SAPI com object

i need to wrap a TTS (text to speech engine) as SAPI. the interface to the application is SAPI ofcourse (only TTS relevant commands) and to the engine it's simple HTTP. the object should register properly and the voice should appear visible to WIN programs. when my voice is called - a HTTP request is generated by com object to fetch audio from TTS engine. basic parsing is required (from SAPI message to HTTP message) the test is very simple: install any SAPI supporting TTS application (such as [login to view URL]) if it sees my voice and works with it - thats it.
