Add new role and permissions to c# .net website

We have a website built in Webmatrix and need to add a new user role call 'Correspondent Manager'. Items to update are below: 1. Add role definition to database (add item to table 'Roles') 2. Add permissions for this user (table 'Rights' need to add items 1-53 for this role, should match the permissions of the existing Correspondent Processor Role) 3. Update CRSP columns to display the full name of the user. On three of our pages we have a column called CRSP. We want to change this to display the full user name and not just the text 'CRSP'. 4. On the profile edit page for Correspondent Manager make the 'Branding' field required. 5. Allow linking the 'Correspondent Manager' to 'Correspondent Processors' users. On the edit user profile page for Correspondent Managers we want to add a special field to link them to other users. These are the users they will 'manage'. This special field will be a drag and drop area where you can drag 'Available Users' to the 'Linked Users'. This is very similar to the other drag drop areas on the website. The list of 'Available Users' will be populated based on the branding selected. So if the branding selected is 'ABC Bank' then all Correspondent Processors with 'ABC Bank' also selected will appear in the available users box. (updating of the available list should be done with AJAX to update when the branding field changes) When clicking 'Save' all inked users will be saved to the database. 6. Limit the items a Correspondent Manager sees. On the Quick Screen, Screening and Processing tab the Correspondent Manager should only see these loans: a. Display any loan that they are directly assigned to. b. Display any loan that one of their linked users is assigned to. We can review these before starting the project.
