Developing ASP .NET Web APIs using Level 3 Maturity Model with HATEOAS

The scope of work for this project on ServicePRO Webhooks includes: 1. Developing ServicePRO WebHooks/REST API for GET, POST, PUT and PATCH Service Requests in ServicePRO 2. Logging the API activities a. Log the API activities using the NLog in a physical file under the log folder - If log level is set to 'Info', log every activity, if log level is set to 'error', log just the error. 3. Error Reporting - by Creating/updating ServicePRO request Acceptance Criteria • Level 3 Web-API maturity model with HATEOAS • Demonstrating that the WebHooks work with an external system by doing the following: ==>Deploying your completed work for ServicePRO WebHooks in our Cloud virtual Server where our ServicePRO Web application has been posted. ==>And demonstrate that the implemented Web APIs works with TFS [TFS to be configured at your end] Detailed Specifications for implementing the ServicePRO WebHooks is available in the document [login to view URL] attached.
