We have a (fairly simple) web application that is used by business users for workforce management. We need to provide simple but detailed instructions on how to use each of the functions of the application. From a video recording of the application that I will provide, I would someone to create an online user guide, using our existing Atlassian Confluence platform. I will provide a video that describes the main functions, and temporary access to the system to allow you to capture screenshots and validate instructions as required. This is a suggested layout for the documentation. 1. Getting Started a. System requirements b. Navigate your way around – the menus, icons etc. c. Leaving Feedback d. Help e. Requesting Leave c. Submitting Timesheet d. Changing your profile e. Changing availability f. Resetting password 4. Workforce Managers a. Schedule i. Roster ii. Creating / managing the schedule b. Operational Monitoring (Realtime Views) i. Performance ii. Adherence iii. Activity c. Time and Attendance Management i. Viewing and approving timesheets ii. Viewing and Approving leave requests d. Reporting i. Punctuality ii. Shift Start Compliance iii. Workstreams iv. Tasks v. Adherence vi. Occupancy vii. AHT viii. Volume ix. Service Levels The documentation should be in clear and concise business english, explained with annotated screenshots where appropriate. It should be professional, and where possible keep to consistent branding and themes as our website. Please provide details of similar projects that you have worked on.
