As experienced Java developer I prefer to use Java. I also have in-depth knowledge of SQL, so maybe a part of the job can be executed purely in SQL. I expect I can finish the job within two weeks; depending on the databases I might be able to finish quicker.

Good morning. I can do this job for you quickly and efficiently. I have several years' experience cleansing data and running complex ETL jobs into various databases. I will be using SQL 2008R2 to import the various email lists into a single, unified list, where I will deduplicate the list, remove all obviously invalid addresses, and just generally cleanse the data. After that, I will use Glocksoft's Advanced Email Verification tool to verify and confirm every email address, and will delete the dead ones before returning the complete, good list to you in the file format of your choice. I am uncertain of how much time it will take because you did not indicate the total number of sources, however validating that many emails could take as long as 3 days. For that reason, I'm putting 7 days as the amount of time I'd need -- it could be much sooner than that, but I want to give some leeway in case there are any issues with the dead-email checking.

I have more than 13 years of experience in handling different databases (some of the databases are in TB and having millions of records). I have recently completed the similar sort of project on data cleaning. I will perform this project in Oracle or Data Warehousing ETL tool (can confirm once I will have more details about this project). I will require approx. 10 days to finish this project. Thanks.
