We require a one stop solution for our desire to in-source the email marketing services we provide for the real estate business. We do email campaigns mostly within Canada but also in the US for businesses that want to reach real estate agents. Your experience with email marketing software is a huge factor to us ??" ideally, you have lots of it. We require hardware and software to deliver large email campaigns for both promoting our business and that of clients. We have looked at Gammadyne’s Mailer email software but are unsatisfied with it because they charge you a lot of money for reporting and won’t allow a flat fee for unlimited reporting, and this is absolutely unacceptable to us. So we are looking for software that’s as good as Gammadyne Emailer both in terms of sending emails and reporting on email campaigns where we pay a flat fee for the software license and have highly robust reporting at little or no extra charge. Ideally, we want separate reporting for each client. Our ability to report must be implemented, and we are willing to pay a one time fee to have original source code written that will interface with Gammadyne Mailer or whichever email software you recommend. We will also pay cash for a referral to whichever turn key reporting solution we can incorporate into Gammadyne Mailer or whichever email software you recommend. We require Email Campaign Reporting ideally including all of the below criteria (this is what Gammadyne Mailer provides) for each recipient who receives our emails and somehow engages them, whether opening the email or clicking a link within the email: * IP address * Geo-location of the IP address (Country, Province, City, Zip Code (US) or Postal Code (Canada), Phone Area Code, Latitude, Longitude) * Number of times the email was opened and forwarded * Date/time opened for the first time * Browser * Operating system * Agent string from browser * Preferred language * Which links were clicked on We also want reporting on the following totals for each client and the history of their campaigns with us (below is what Gammadyne Mailer provides): * Number of emails tracked * Total opens, reopens, and forwards * Reopen rate * Forward rate * Average time until opened * Clicks on each link * Total links clicked please provide cost for the following - co-location cost per rackmount server with dual processor (we will likely scale up to multiple servers within 3 months) - cost per AMP of power used by our hardware - cost per IP address used by our mail server (private IP address required in all cases) - cost for bandwidth per Mbps (ideally want to buy this a la carte as our marketing needs change a lot from month to month) - setup and configuration for 1 server with all software required: Operating System, Firewall, all Email Software required, etc. (open to recommendations for all of these things) - cost per hour for managing server (troubleshooting etc.) - anything else you think we need **Also provide your policy on email marketing. We always do fully legal CAN-SPAM compliant email campaigns for ourselves and our clients and have several ways of minimizing spam complaints so that our way of doing business minimizes any and all liability for us or anyone we work with.**
