Move text from Wordpress site to Gitbooks

This is a very simple project. We have a wordpress site ([login to view URL]) that we want to transition to gitbooks (works like github, but is for books.) The task is to create a gitbooks page for every page in the WP site, in the order in which they appear in the WP site, copy the appropriate text and images, then change the links to the appropriate links within the gitbooks account. As gitbooks is structured, the chapters are below and any pages that are under and linked to the chapters are articles. These would be the chapters: User Guide (First page) FAQs Customer FAQs Hub FAQs Producer FAQs Case Studies Hubs set-up guide Create an account Hub profile types The dashboard Your profile Create or connect with supplying producers Products Payment methods Shipping methods Enterprise fees Order cycles View orders Reports Producer set-up guide Create an account Producer profile ‘types’ The dashboard Your profile Products Payment methods Shipping methods Enterprise Fees Order cycles View orders Reports Advanced features To be considered complete, we'll go through the whole gitbooks book and verify that all of the articles are there and that all the links go to internal pages within the gitbooks book. You may have to use copy and paste, although we will try to get the WP files to copy from.
