Hello, I have many years design experience in various applications. I have designed, high voltage (>1500VDC), high-power (>300W), galvanically isolated designs, IP65, harsh environments, distributed controls and others. I have handled constant power designs, constant current and constant voltage applications. I am also experienced in DC/DC (SEPIC, CUK, flyback, isolated, buck) designs. I can provide finished PCBs assembled and tested (for non-special requirements), panelized layouts ready for SMD assembly, and extra documentation for CE certifications and the like. I use Eagle 6.5 for schematic and layouts, LTSpice for simulation. I can also provide designs for enclosures or mechanical parts using AutoCAD (3D in MDT). You did not mention, so will this be a Class 2 application? And will mains isolation be required? These requirements plus the PFC (I assume you will want active PFC because of the small size) will almost make your target price impossible for such a small quantity. Very small chances to keep that small size for 50watts (per 1 channel!) driver, another bottleneck is unit price, imo it starts from ca 5 usd per channel .

I already developed this kind of board using STP16CP05 for traffic light application.
