You are provided a set of orders Convert orders to tables "orders" and "order details" Delete all shipping costs from "order details" Remove all orders from the data with order total>$100 Create a list of all of the skus (items) ordered by the number of orders the skus appears in. (in SQL this is count() and groupby() or use whatever other method you like) Create a column in the spreadsheet (or use a db table) for each of the top 100 sku. See line 6 in the sample spreadsheet. Create a row for each order (see column B in spreadsheet). If a sku in the order is among the "most common", place the quantity in the correct column (example G7 in spreadsheet). If a sku in the order is not in the "most common", then simply put "true" in the last column "additional skus". Then rerun the script using the top 50 skus only and the top 200 skus only. Your work product is three spreadsheets or tables that look like the sample with 50, 100, and 200 skus as columns.

I am experienced with this kind of work. 3- years professional experience in providing all kind of reports, very similar to the one requested here. Using vlookups and hlookups and conversion tools in excel, I can easily sort out your data exactly the way you want. I can finish this in 4 hours max. Additionally: In example spreadsheet shipping is counted together in "Order total", and below is stated "delete/ignore shipping". Should shipping be counted in order total or not? Either way there won't be any problem. [If a sku in the order is not in the "most common", then simply put "true" in the last column "additional skus".] - simply speaking, if order have more skus than showed in the table, last column shows "true" When counting "top skus", we don't look at the quantity ordered, just amount of orders sku is showing on, correct?
