Hello, I have read your given brief. I would like to know what program was used to create the 29 PDF pages that you want merged into 1 PDF. Do you still have access to that program source files? It will be ideal to make these changes using that program as that will be easier and time saving. Editing PDFs takes time and if we are looking for symmetry for color, it will be hard to achieve. Further,, the budget you have set for this tasks is not enough to cover the effort it will take to achieve good results. Please raise your budget to avoid disappointment.

Hi I have read complete project description and I am up for it. I also have few suggestions to make. Photoshop isn't the only tool out there to create beautiful pdf. Illustrator is quite handy when its about making document with clean design without all those bizarre stuff that people use to call designing in old days. And I have question about editable pdf part. Why on earth somebody would tell you something like that or did you just assume it. :-) There is no such thing as editable pdf unless if you are talking about pdf forms which is a totally different thing and believe me, that's not editable either. Unlike word document, you don't suppose to open it in some software, make changes and then save it. When a document is rendered as pdf, its hard coded and when you open it in photoshop, illustrator or any other software, they usually translate it back and try to replicate it nearest to the original. Each time you edit pdf, there suppose to have a generation loss. Yeah that's the same thing that occur if you edit jpeg or any compressed image format. So in short, instead of having editable pdf, editable psd is seems technically right and an editable Ai (adobe illustrator) is the best of all. My expertise includes both plus my skills have another side which might interest you. How about if I can make the same thing in word which is far more easier to edit. You can then able to reproduce pdf whenever you like. How about that. Waiting for your reply. Hope to hear from you soon.
