Create/find an algorithm game theory

Hi, my name is Taj Maun Kamal.I am a competitive programmer.I am working as a competitive programming trainer at University of Chittagong and pursuing my degree here . I am experienced in solving problems. I had been at the top of codefights all time leaderboard from Jan 2015 to May 2015.I have won shortest challenges in codefights. I have solved around 2000 problems in various online judges.I am experienced to write code in C ,C++ , Java ,Python , Ruby and Javascript . I am familiar with solving problems of game [login to view URL] develop your algorithm i need more clarification as i have to decide wining and losing state of the game. i would like to work with you. I am waiting for more clarification and offer too :)
