Chinese native to communicate with Electronics Suppliers and Manufacturers

Hello I am looking for a Chinese native person with good English and Chinese communication levels to contact manufacturers for certain hardware requirements. Preferable if this assistant has experience about Guangzhou or Chinese import and export fairs. Each search and agreements should not take more than a few talk-backs for each one. Bonuses included and will be fully explained after hiring. Your first tasks will include the following: - Finding an unbranded android device with a specific requirements. - Finding a good programmable unbranded GPS tracker hardware manufacturer or supplier.
