AWS EC2 ubuntu install active controller domain directory and email server

I have a AWS account. I need EC2 instance with active controller domain directory. For example, user can log in to user[at]dc[dot]domainname[dot]com with password which we have configured while creating AD account over internet while login in windows or ubuntu system. Using same credentials then can login with email client. I would like to have smtp, pop3, image and webmail services installed. Here are some of my requirements for the mail server… 1. Must support most of the client for sending and receiving emails like Outlook, Thundermail and other email clients on Andorid, iOS, Windows. 2. Must be accessible by webmail. Webmail should be customize. We will take care of the customization of UI. 3. Our project management web application may be located on same EC2 or different EC2. This webapp email send from specific email. Mail server should not include our webapp emails in spam. 4. Must have admin UI for adding/updating/deleting Users. Admin can assign memory limit to users. 5. If attachment limit and file size limit in attachment is customizable, it will be great. If not, please ask for same while configuring it. 6. Must take care of AWS email limit protocol. 7. Must install Spamassassin. 8. Must take care of other security checks which we may not aware of. 9. Must not mark our email as spam by other popular email servers like gmail and yahoo. 10. I need afterlogin webmail lite to be installed as webmail. I should be able to create AD user. Any interface will be good. Else I need simple documentation of commands. I also need detail documentation how you have accomplished same. Each and every commends, file edits with description. When you propose, please make sure that you read the description well.
