Hello I am a linux security expert. and I can enable nginx within a day on your server. But have you considered is your server safe using plesk. There are lot of articles on it that recommends not to use plesk because of security risk factor. How about nginx in front of Apache? This way you can keep plesk running on the backend with apache and Nginx can handle all the front end work.
