Develop a custom BlackBerry news reader application. The application will interface with our news server's REST api using either JSON or XML. Application functionality is simple, but the result must be polished, attractive, and code design must be clean and maintainable. We will take over ownership of the code after this initial project is complete. Users can enter their connection information, browse categories and subscriptions to news feeds, read news articles, save articles for later and email articles to colleagues. The user cannot manage their categories or subscriptions here; they do that in our preexisting web app. This mobile UI is read-only except that it must notify our server when the user reads each article. Details in the attached PDF document. Application must run on BlackBerry OS 4.5 and better, and must perform on touch-screen devices like the Storm. Bidders should have completed multiple BB applications in the past and should reference portfolio information describing and showing those BB applications.

Hi There, I have developed couple of web based/ native blackberry applications including 3 for financial, trade show and healthcare companies. I can send a trimmed down version of those apps.
