Create multiple versions of "spinning wheel" game (simply changing text) and submit all versions to all stores (Android and Apple; Amazon; etc.) -- 2

I have a game already designed and developed. It is a "spin the wheel" type of game, where the text in the header (the title) and the text on the wheel (notches) is changeable. I need someone who can create the various alternatives of the game and submit the different formatted games to all the major mobile phone app stores.
