Click 2 Call PC Application + Outlook integration

Hi, I have a hosted PBX that I provide to my clients and I'm looking to have a real professional click 2 call software that we can give to clients to install on their PC so they can right-click on any phone number they see on their Windows screen and get the option "Dial on your Phone..." It should then dial their SIP phone to the requested destination immediately. Also, the Microsoft outlook has the capabilities of integrating with a TAPI that will allow placing calls from the Contacts section, so I want to make sure this Application will take care of this too without the user needing to manually configure their windows computer settings to enable this feature. Connecting to our server to execute such "clicked-calls" to the iPBX is easy. All you need to send to the server is the following: [login to view URL]<pbx username>&_password=<pbx password>&stype=phone&phone=<telephone line to call from>&cnumber=<number to call as selected on screen> The PBX Username & password & associated telephone line should be asked in the settings of the application (preferred to prompt upon installation), and should be stored. Application should have a settings section in case it needs to be changed in the future. Application should also have an (optional) icon at the bottom near the time which should show that it's enabled. Right clicking on the icon should give option to change settings or Exit the software. Not sure which Skills to select for programming languages so choosing the basic stuff. Please advise on cost and timeframe. Thanks
