We require a web application enabling Aviation / Aeronautical vendors and suppliers to list Used / New equipment and related items for sale as well as to post Requests for proposals RFPs for items they want to buy. See [login to view URL] for reference however we require something much simpler and with basic functions. There is no requirement for Client CMS is NOT required, only ADMIN CMS is needed. All listings/Posting will expire after certain time period as determined by ADMIN and deleted by ADMIN. Bidders must be able to provide summary of scope, deliverables, methodologies and implementation life cycle etc when quoting a price. Price bids without some details as above are very likely to be ignored. We will also need (after completion of proj.) complete source code, dbase design, Data Relationship Diagrams/logic and all maintenance related flowcharts, scripts, documents etc. GUI and LAYOUT A professional, bright, clear, CSS formatted layout with lot of White and light Blue areas. Bright colors ok for Post RFP etc buttons. A scrolling list of featured RFPs by highest Dollar Value (from dbase) displayed on right hand side of Home Page.
