ASP.NET Picture upload page

This will be a page written in asp.net and will use a standard browse button to select any picture file (All formats) from the local hard drive of a computer for upload into a SQL 2000 database via the internet. The fields of the sql table will be as follows UID,Display,Picture. The UID field is the unique ID of the web page user. The UID will be type INT and stored in a session state variable called Session(“UID??) . The Display field will be of type BIT and will be populated by a checkbox on the web page as well. The Picture Field will be the picture itself. Not a link to the picture but the actual picture itself. The script should have constants variables which will enable me to set the maximum picture size allowed to be uploaded. The script also needs to be able to scale pictures to a set size (X pixels by Y pixels) set by constant variables as well. This picture resizing needs to be done before the upload. Also full error checking and handle is necessary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform This code must run on most browsers. Specifically Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator
