Com Object Forecaster writtent to Specific API specs and wrappered DLL

Programmer shall take all cpp codes related to forecasting from a public website. This will be a collection of machine learning and AI algorithims. He will then write a custom com module , dll or wrappered object that will have to conform to a specific dataengine api specification that allows enduser to call a database engine and apply an available wrappered solver against the time series data that is presented by the engine. This database will contain historical data. This com object will be written as a plugin to a commercial program that shall use the object to evaluate historical time series data and make a forecast for next bar, and any "n" bars foreward as chosen by enduser. Enduser should be able to toggle an algorthim from the wrappered object, and it will then be used in forecasting by calling data from the database [login to view URL] should be able to chose the variable column of data he wishes to forecast. The wrappered module should then rapidly perform that task . This object will be made available as source code and [login to view URL] will be given in cpp , vb, etc. | The API allows access to all available historic and intraday market data via one easy to use interface, enabling you to build scanner plug-ins of your own. This is a great plug-and-play solution for scanning systems. The database API uses technology borrowed from our [RMD Server][1] database engine.
