Content Manager Software with SEO

We are looking for Content Manager Software that is SEO friendly. ? It must work with .asp or .net pages with SQL server 2005 ? Software must enable us basic thing for content managing: -Use our web design templates -Add/edit/delete new pages -Upload content to those pages -Manage the linking within created pages ? ? Also it should be able to: ? -For each created page, we need to be able to define the name of the folder or the name of the page. For example if we sell baseball cards, we want to have a URL like [login to view URL] or alternately [login to view URL] ? -Manage title tags and meta tags of each page. ? We would need provider to show us a demo before selecting them. ? Provider would be in charge of the installation of software in our Server.
