I'm a Linux and Windows server administrator with experience in both MySQL and MSSQL server management and I can do this for you. If there are no stored procedures or views involved, the transfer is pretty straightforward and can be done live (if access to both servers is available and server to server communication is possible). If not can still do the transfer by exporting the data from MSSQL and then importing to MySQL.
